It's UEA weekend, and even though I don't get the 5 day weekend that the public schools do, I have a 3 day weekend nonetheless. I was planning on using the day to get caught up on my grading, but we decided to go to the park and have some fun. We've done this plenty of times before, but Kyson didn't seem to care and didn't want to play on anything.Today was different. He absolutely loved going down the slide. We started by going down the slides with him, but before long, he was being a big boy and doing it all by himself. It was funny because he kept trying to climb up the slide so he could go back down it. He also got brave and started trying to go head first and he did go a few times on his tummy. It was great. It was also wonderful becuase he's been so cranky today and he was so happy at the park.

OH! This is so cute! David and I have never taken Max to a playground yet... I can't wait for his first moment down a slide...and hanging on monkey bars...etc.
So fun! The park will never be the same again!
