Friends and Therapy

While Kyson is an only child, he doesn't lack friends in our house. Kyson and Franni Faye are inseparable. They're always doing things together: chasing each other around the house, watching Sesame Street, or just playing King of Bunker Hill on the furtiture. They do say that dogs are man's best friend, well I think they're Kyson's best friend.

Not only does he have Franni to torture him like a sibling would, Komodo definitely fills the role of the older, wiser sibling that is too good to play with the youngens. She just watches Kyson and Franni like they're a bunch of idiots.

Kyson recently started therapy with Early Intervention for communication and feeding. We've only had one session to set up goals, but I'm feeling very hopeful about it. We're hoping that with getting help now, he'll be able to be on track by the time he is school-age. We'll keep you updated on his progress.
